COVID-19

Hello friends and family, we wanted to keep you informed on what we're doing during this battle against Covid-19. As the times are changing and people are getting back to work, we know that your pets have probably been used to you working from home, or spending extra time with them, and we are here to ensure that all the exercise, potty break, eating schedules, and play time continues!

It is important we protect not only ourselves but our clients as well. We have strict Covid-19 regulations in place, as specified by Alberta Health Services:

  • We will be avoiding all human-to-human contact by setting up meet and greets via online or phone. For these meetings, we ask that you please provide us with all the necessary information including how to access your home or yard, and your pets information with all requirements and suggestions you have.

  • We ask all supplies for your pet's walk be left in an easily accessible area by the front door or in the yard (depending on where the required pet pick up is) and we ask you to please respect all physical distancing as we will. At this time we do recommend the use of our own leashes for walks.

  • We ask that you please notify us immediately if anyone in your household is experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 so we can appropriately delay services ( a minimum of 14 days isolation is required for symptoms so that will be our minimum time until services may start back up.)

  • Please remember to clean and disinfect common areas where pet care provider will be. This includes doors, surfaces, pets supplies, etc.

  • We will be thoroughly hand washing between all clients, as well as hand sanitizing immediately before and after all jobs. Masks will also be worn for all services. We will be limiting close contact with pets (snuggling, kisses, etc.)

  • When walking dogs we will maintain a distance of 6 feet (2 meters) from other people, we will choose uncrowded trails to help reduce contact with other people, and we will be using our own leashes and poo bags.

We appreciate all of your support through all of this!
